Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone. Probably called 10 people at once and I wasn t the first to pick up...

I have spoken with this company several times regarding the service of my bank Natwest. They do not ask for any personal or sensitive information, they are only interested in your most recent interaction. Natwest would not use an untrustworthy company. Unfortunately, as with any company, you occassionally have muppetts working within the system giving everyone else a bad name. People have to work, you re better off directing abuse at the job shy.
The company is Tivium - tivium.co.uk. Please report them every time the call, it s the only way to stop them.

Received a text message on my phone as Hermes delivery. As it came from a position a few mile north of Blackburn, approx 300 miles away from where I live then they have not just been able to deliver - BEWARE a SCAM. Have blocked the number
