Apparently is EE. Not sure if I am convinced though, there was an awful lot of background noise like they were outside and they asked for my full name which in when I said I wasn't interested.
I believe that the woman asking the question, 'I was informed that you have been involved in a car accident' is a recorded voice which responds to your answers. When I said that she was misinformed another phrase asking for 'the date of the accident', came back and so on until the line went dead. I'm convinced this is a robot! It's irritating at best, but would be upsetting for anyone who had a family member or friend involved in a bad accident.
