This number contacted me this morning the 19th of January and said they were from bank security I checked with my bank to be told its a scam
SCAM Russian man trying to get me to invest in financial markets. Told him to take me off his list, he said "what's the point, other companies will still call you" so I hung up. He then phoned back from a different number and was abusive.
Called saying I d had a car accident. Recorded message when answered. Then was put through to a call centre agent who seemed very upset when I said I d report them as I m registered with the telephone preference service.

There should be some way of finding out once and for all who this number belongs too, so that complaints can be made to the right people so that we can stop this kind of harassment !!!
