The police suggest you never called the number on a sticker if you need a locksmith as often they are scammers. My call blocker (Truecall)marks the call as INTERNATIONAL with Belfast as the origin BUT I live only one hour from Belfast so it is NOT an international number. I suspect it originates in India but is disguised as a local number with the 028 prefix of all landline numbers in Northern Ireland.
