This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. They were convincing, and said if I don’t give them answers to the security questions then they can’t block the payments. SCAM - I believe this number to be part of a convincing scam! Caller claimed to be from 'Motor Assess' regarding a recent accident. Interestingly I had a minor touch in my car yesterday and exchanged insurance details, so I thought was related, but the individual I was speaking to didn't quite seem convincing and couldn't give me any details, I googled 'motor assess' whilst speaking to him, with no trace of the company! The person I was talking to was persuasive and persistent!

Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. She became abusive said I was a clever dick if I could see down the phone at what she was doing then she swore at me and hung up. Nice.
