I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.

An electronic message informed me that my IP address had been compromised by 2 different countries. As a consequence my broadband cut off and reset. I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.

A male called saying his name was Chris and that he was calling about my Dyson. I told him he must have a wrong number. He then said "Do you not have a Dyson". When told "No", he apologised and rang off. I assume a marketing scam of some kind.

I said no she said pardon I said no she said trip slip or fall....which doesn?t make any sense..... sounded like a recording and there was a large pause once I had actually picked up the phone..... do not waste your time Millie isn?t worth it lol

I recieved a call from this number and I m glad I did. My elderly mother had been in pain for many years and after coming to her house I purchased a therapy pad and my mother has seen tremendous benefits. I don t know why this company has any negative reviews at all. Then again, so do even Apple and Microsoft.

Called by Asian (Indian) sounding woman from a call centre saying she was from BT Openreach. 'Was I aware that my Broadband connection was being used by 7 other people'? As this is a principle of ASDL Service and not a surprise at all, I asked her to provide more information and she hung up.. Annoying, unprofessional... BT should investigate..
