Received a Smart Call from a caller ID as Phillipa who promptly advised that she was returning my call. Knowing that i did not make the call, i advised her accordingly but she became argumentative at which point i immediately cut the call. As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. Surely the authorities can do something about this, or are the perpetrators so clever they cannot be traced? I hope they are, and that they will get their deserts for their criminal behaviour.
