I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. I am currently getting 4-5 calls a day from this number and they are driving me insane! They are calling really early in the mornings and at weekend too. I m disabled so don t get up and about too early and these "people" regularly wake me up or sometimes I can t get to phone quick enough so they ring off then I ve just got sat down again or back into bed and they ring again. I ve told them I m not a homeowner or eligible for the grant but they just keep on ringing.........

Unfortunately they put in the worst conservatory ever built for us! Bunch of liars who have no idea what they are doing. Don t be fooled by their claims. Now they still try and ring every few months. I have approximately 20 telephone numbers of theirs blocked! I hope someone takes them down for good, soon!

I answered the phone in French (only what I remember from school). He started talking in English about some survey, and I just said "Bonjour, Parlez vous Anglais". That seem to stump him and he just hung up.

Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

Unknown caller, wrong number message when I tried to ring back. Similar nmber to one I did answer which was saying I'd had a no fault accident. Of course I haven't!

NEVER give ANY information to a caller, no matter how convincing they sound.

Apparently I had a car accident last year, but he couldn t tell me any other details, then told me to F*&$ O^^ and hung up.

Almost certainly a scammer. Use the call-blocking system on your mobile or your landline if your provider offers this.
