They say they are accident claim experts - called me about the recent accident, which I havent had! When I said that I didnt have accident and I was on telephone preference list so shoudnt get these calls, he would not take no for an answer and went on to say it wasnt a sales call!!! I corrected them saying I made my claims already and nothing was refused, your "facts" are wrong!
