But after listening to the voicemail they left I found it was this company who gave a call back number or 01527 419 162 regarding Scottish power. An male idiot called me to follow up on a brochure I had ordered. I told him I previously did arrange for a home visit and these planks cancelled it at 2 hours notice citing a broken down car. I told him that this was a lame excuse - hadn’t they heard of car hire? He kept saying “ we can foretell a breakdown” repeatedly! I said listen buster, I’m not saying you need to forecast a broken down car what I’m saying is once it was realised a car HAD broken down why on earth (if customer service is THAT important

SCAM Some lady called me asking "If she could come up" or something. I said she got the wrong number. A few minutes later, same number, played an automated message saying I bought something for $799 on Amazon.com or something and I just hung up before it could finish. What a tool.

Claimed to be Katie from Sittingbourne Guttering Services. There is no such company. Claimed to be doing a job in the area next week so could offer a £50 discount to clean all gutters and downpipes. However did not seem to have any idea about this size of the house or the amount of work involved. When I asked which days they could make a long list was reeled off... and yet the discount is because they are in the area.
