Fraud - I was called off one number trying to get a security code that would reset my O2 account. when I refused to give the one time code to the lady she got aggressive. I said I would check with O2 customer service and if everything was ok would take up the offer. I was given this number as O2 customer services - IT IS NOT. I reported to O2 (202) and they confirmed that this was Fraud, and if I gave them the code they would have had access to my O2 account.

When I answered, an Indian man asked me how I was! Said he was from Perfect Preferences and told me it wasn t a sales call. Quoted my name, phone number and address and asked me to confirm them. I told him I wouldn t as I didn t know who I was talking to. He asked for two minutes of my time and when I told him No he banged the phone down.

Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.

Press 1 to . . . etc. No identifying information at all. Nothing to make this in anyway personal to me . . . I'm assuming scam (but will check!) If it is then I hope all of their teeny, tiny genitalia get scrotum rot and drop off, and that they all suffer short but incredibly painful deaths!
