When I explained that I did not have a phone line from BT any more, I asked how could he know that my internet connection had been compromised. I was invited to press keypad no 2 and speak to a technician. I hung up. This is the 3rd call I have received like this. The first call identified itself a BT but the last one gave a woman's name. My provider is virgin.
