Standard Indian Call Centre spam, something about a free phone. When they could hear I was aware, put phone down. Called them back few times for a laugh but they know I know.

Automated dialler, which is Illegal. Leaves an automated message too, with an "insert name here" feel to it as name is in a different voice.

Yes sometime says Samsung TV etc. Other times calls with name often silent than hangs up. Dodgy calls scam for sure
