ugly service and rude employees
SCAM / SPAM - They use a truly awful electronic voice (and American voice at that) to say they are from HMRC and you need to call back asap or your solicitor needs to call back. Obviously a very poor attempt at a scam. Just ignore these calls and/or delete any voicemails you may get.

SCAM unsafe caller violence!!
I was ringing a Hotel landline number and a message said their number was changed to 08431165523. I then rang this number which was answered and I was told my call would be answered shortly. I hung on but nobody answered. I later googled the number and saw many other peole ringing differant landline numbers had also been caught out as we are charged for these non geographical numbers. I rang Lancashire Police as they are aware of situation on 01772 614444 and quoted ref LC-20130106-0449. I later tried the
