FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change

A man called on this number said he was checking on phone roaming charges from EU! Highly suspicious!! Sounded like he was putting on a fake posh accent. I declined to answer anything .
