I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. Scammer purports to be from BT technical dept with bad news about the internet connection, apparently damaging their servers for the last 48 hours. Obviously reading from a script the Asian sounding "gentleman" was not happy when after a long while I informed him that I don t have internet.
