As above, it's a scam to try to get you to let them take control of your computer, do not under any circumstances tell them anything. They are trying to rip you off.

The only reason I can think for these silent calls, would be to check for active mobile numbers - to later use with scam texts or for compiling a list of 'active' numbers, to be sold on. I am NOT an expert on any of this. I just cant think of another reason for them (no done research either)
