I am actually with EE and I know that when I get calls from them it isn't from a number in Sunderland. Would not post me the information due to covid 19. I said I would have to refuse offer as covid is not an excuse for not sending out written information. Called Samsung and was told they do not phone people to offer extended insurance and don't even offer extended insurance.
