ppi, ring ten times a day, normally there is no one at the end of the line but finally spoke to someone as soon as they said ppi I hung up and blocked

Calls every 10 minutes and nothing happens

Calling a private number that they shouldn't have

Rang claiming to be from Microsoft. Claimed there s a virus on my computer, and asked me to do stuff to rectify it. This is a social engineering thing, trying to get you to install malware and viruses. Don t follow their instructions!

Called to ask if he could discuss the cost of funerals in my area. I said my number is registered with the Telephone Preference Service. He said I m sorry for the mistake - but am I aware of the cost of funerals. I asked if he was aware of how the TPS worked and he said yes, but he would still like to discuss the cost of funerals, is that s ok?. I said NO - because that goes against the requirements of the TPS - call ended

Ringing hourly every day

Most of these calls originate from outside the UK so the rules or laws have no effect.

This telephone number has been spoofed. I've spoken to the guy who says he's getting loads of these every day & only suggests you block it.

Got a missed call from this number today, thought it may be a friend in the UK but when i rang back it said it was out of service. Anyone know how this is possible? And what is it all about?

First Call asking to close out an insurance case

I have been getting calls and text messages from this company they have also left me voice mails demanding I phone them . When I looked online it says they are from a catalog . I have never had a catalogue. And it can t be from tv license because I live with my mum and she pays all the tv license bill .
