This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny. Report and block their numbers, they don't turn up either.

They rang me regarding a survey I had completed, as I fill in loads of surveys I believed this to be true. They said I had won a £20 fuel voucher and gave a lot of information regarding how I can spend it etc. However they then went onto talk about how I could be part of their membership, which costs £79! Received an urgent sounding recorded message, claiming to be British Gas and asking us to call 01216290765. Spoke to BG, and they have confirmed that THIS IS A SCAM, as they would never contact customers in such a manner.

SCAM Coputer voice said they were BT and there was suspicious activity on our phone line and they were going to disconnect it. Press 1 for ? or Press 2 to speak to someone about it. As we have not been a BT customer for nearly a year and do not use there phone line. We are with Virgin that does not use BT lines. It was a scam ! I did not press any number as it would probably cost us money. This company have 100's of numbers under the same prefix and change every last numbers every few day.

Number was marked London - Girl called with a very strong Manchester accent. Didn’t speak at first. Asked her what the call was in regards too.. Apparently I have over paid on car finance? I asked her to remove my number - She stated something about being a liar - I asked what she had just called me to which she replied that she was speaking to her colleague - I replied that it wasn’t very professional. Lady replied Well do you want your number removing or not
