These people are definitely dodgy. The phone rings and a woman tells me it’s about my washing machine and there’s nothing to worry about. I asked the name of her company. She said it was ‘Cover Group UK.’ She said that the cover on my washing machine has just run out. I said that that I thought it was insured. Then she changed her story slightly by saying that warranty has run out (The warranty ran out over a decade ago). I pointed out that that’s irrelevant because I’m insured. She hung up on me.
Said they were bt and my Internet was being used by someone in Europe, would provide protection free of charge just switch on computer and they will talk me through.Said was busy and got this number, rang bt they no nothing about it.
The company called themselves a loan company and that I owed over 1.2k even though I am 12. Report this number of possible anywhere.

It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider.
