ASIAN SPEAKING MAN SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM MICROSOFT IN READING AND SAID MY DEVICE WAS COMPROMISED BY HACKERS USING MY DEVICE ID NUMBER, HAVE HAD CALLS LIKE THIS FOR A FEW WEEKS AND EVERY CALL IS A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER SAYING THE SAME THING.
this is company completely aggressive I assume I report them trading standards if my phone will not removed from their list.

Phone asking to speak to Mr ... (he had the correct surname) about a car accident Mr ... had had. When I asked which Mr ... (me or one of my sons) he said he would have to check with the insurance co and hung up. Things to note: None of the Mr ... on this number have had a car accident. When I picked up and say hello, there was only recorded answer that I need to call back this number because there is important stuff from HMRC that I need to sort out. The end of the message was a threat that if I don't they will contact authorities. I just want to let you all know , that HMRC will never call you- they will ALWAY send you a letter. It is a SACM.

SCAM - Person claimed they were from UK Insurance Department / Black Horse Finance. Had my name & first line of my address (somewhat disturbingly) and wanted me to verify further information for a PPI refund, even though I had never claimed for a PPI refund. They wouldn't give me a number to call and when I said this couldn't be correct, the date for claiming for PPI has long gone and companies aren't ringing people out of the blue years when they haven't claimed, he hung up.
