Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

in the details section it reads "No responsibility will be taken for the accuracy..." which is a good thing because the number entered is an ENGLISH number yet the map shows a city in a country which I presume is USA... couldnt be more wrong if you tried...

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. I have today insisted on speaking with a supervisor and informed them that I will treat any further calls from their number as nuisance and causing harm! Informed them that I will sue for harm should I ever receive a call again! Informed the supervisor - who informed me that they were recording the conversation - that was good as I would be relying upon that as part of my evidence should they ever call me again. Now too wait and see if they do remove my number
