called me about my csa payments. identified themselves as DWP initially, but quickly inform you that they are the csa once you clear security.

Claiming to be from National Insurance and asking me to press 1 to speak to an investigator before action is taken against my national insurance number. They claimed some fraudulent activity on the North Wales border. I didn’t press 1 and ended the call as I’m sure that’s a scam.

Just had a call for a minor accident. Told them it was a major accident and she panicked and said must be a wrong number as she only has details of a minor accident. Hung up before i could wind her up some more.
