SCAM
Got a call claiming to be from BT Openreach saying our IP Status had been changed from Private to Public and our internet was going to be cut off. It was a very poor quality line in a foreign call center. They weren't able to give me any other details so I ended the call.
rang twice when picked up no answer just dead line.
Someone sent a msg to me from this number, saying they were one of my kids, and called me mum.

Claiming to be Visa - automated voice saying payments had been taken for Amazon and Western Union. Wanted me to hold and give personal details.
Phone call everyday phone number changes every day, definitely an HMRC scam
Number came with an email looking as if I had bought a TV on eBay which had a delivery address in a distant town. Checked eBay account and cannot find any evidence of purchases. Think it must be a scam. Person who answered the phone seemed very genuine!
Claiming to be calling from EE needing personal details from me in order to give me all sorts of unbelievable prizes and a huge discount on my EE contract.
