Called with this number despite being registered with TPS. Pause when answering shows a cold calling system in use. Female caller gave some name out and did the usual "our records show that someone at this property has been in an accident" Just put the phone down on them and blocked the number. Tried reverse search on the number and company search but no info. Phishng scam, give nothing out and block if possible.
Private number
I was called by this number on my private mobile number. I answered and there was silence. After 3 seconds the caller hung up. Suspect automated/scam call.

If you happen to answer the phone simply say "i am not giving you any details but i am requesting that you remove the number you have on your system, that you have dialled, as you are in breach of the Protection of Harassment Act 1997 & also the Malicious Communications Act of 1988 (section 1)" Ask if they understand, if they say no, repeat, or just keep repeating the Acts if they fail to listen and keep requesting info. Could also say if looking for a particular person try writing to the address they have

i had a call from this number claiming to be from HMRC CLAIMING I OWE MONEY I CALLED HMRC AND THERE IS NO CLAIM AGAINST ME .so be carefull please call hmrc to confirm this call
