Driving me mad with calls even after I ve asked them to refrain from calling my number and to remove me from their contact lists

Just had a call from this number today. I said I would get the person they were asking for. I put my phone next to my stereo speaker and left the caller listening to scooter on full volume for 4 minutes! Lol. Sorted! Sick and tired of these calls.

yesterday reported that told them to take us off their list. today had another 3 calls,asked to speak to their manager, whosounded exactlylike the first caller, said if we answered their questions then we could be taken of the list as it would take a while to find us to delete us. Again told them we don t do surveys!!so why would we do it. see what happens later tonight, got whistle ready

Have been to Hendy s and Audi recently so its going to have come from one of them. I didn t answer and no message.

i know a company has recently been fined for these calls but why are so many getting away with it? Get a proper job helping people ie nurse,Dr, instead of quick money

Call to my rarely used mobile about my recent accident - I answered that I did not have any recent accident. Caller did give a company name but too fast to recall it. Obviously prospecting for accident claims insurers and completely bogus.

When they called me, this was a survey company working on behalf of EE. They most likely perform telesurveys for a variety of companies.

Hotel Resorts again using a local number for robo calls. I block them, and very quickly they change their called ID info to another local number.

Uk number asking you to call back

so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.

Caller claimed that I was due a refund due to me having made an over-payment. He then proceeded to ask for details of any loans I ve had. When I said I hadn t had any, he denied he had mentioned any refund or over-payment - said he had only said maybe or possibly.

This could be a genuine call or it might be a scam. Anybody know?
