Contacted my elderly mother claiming they could fix her slow working computer, wanted ?250 payment for a 5 year warranty cover, my mother must have downloaded some software and they accessed her computer remotely no doubt gaining all of her private data, they then got her to fill out a form with her name, address and debit card details and eventually took a payment for ?90.00

Called to ask if i had had an accident in the last two years. Managed to get the street address and name that he had on file which happened to not be me or anyone i know. definite scam and not GDPR compliant.
