This is a scam by fraudsters based overseas. They start by telling you your amazon account has been used to buy an expensive iphone by a fraudster. Next they will tell you that this might be because you have been hacked and they need you to install some software called TeamViewer so they can investigate and fix your computer. had a very nice call fron a man with a very thick indian accent called Mike Robertson who refused to give me any details about the company he works for so just wasted 30 mins of his day refusing to give him any of my details finally got the company name out of him called choose lifestyle in the end he gave up looking forward to the next call to waste more of their time
