Fraud - I can't be certain but "Chris" of "Green Eco Centre" kept talking even whilst I was trying to ask him a question, and I even got the impression that it was an interactive computer being triggered by words that I said. The whole thing felt unnatural. He wanted me to sign up to a free survey of my loft as he said it was possible that it had been insulated with material that might cause damp and mould. No idea who it was or what they wanted as recorded message was in 3 languages and none of them was English, the only language I speak. Blocked them.
