My phone is protected by the TPS, yet they still manage to get through. They don't leave any messages. I don't answer unknown numbers

I thought this nuisance caller had been thwarted, it comes from Whalley near Preston, I will again report it to the proper authorities and hope they can deal with it.

Claimed to be from Sky, but believed to be a hoax call.
Tried to get me to stand in front of my Internet server and begin a process of downloading stuff. I said no thank you, and he yelled that he would terminate my my account and send an electrical pulse to burn down my house

Line went dead. Presumably a VOIP call from an Indian call centre checking on washing machine insurance - or worse!
