Number called I Picked up but no one on the other side answered. I note the numerous mentions of Nationwide bank. Yesterday I had a call from a foreign sounding man who new my name and asked if I was between 50 and 80. The he hung up.

Apparently I'd had a car accident? Complete nonsense. I played along with the **** and said that my left leg was hanging off and I was about to die of blood loss. The woman I spoke to then said "I'll transfer you to my supervisor" and I was transferred to an offshore call centre where the call deteriorated rapidly from their perspective, such is the power of my spoken word. the call was terminated from there and when I started quoting the Data Protection Act 1984.

Asian sounding man called Dan. Refused to say which company he was calling from. Phone went dead when asked. This happened with both calls we received within half an hour of each other.
