Thanks for your support. It is the second time I received this message on my mobile to confirm my appointment. Called landline today 11/10/2021 11.40am. No message left. Online search found one reference to the (yawn) loft insulation scam.
An Indian person called claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse asking for an upgrade even tho I never signed up from them in the first place! Be careful from imposters as scammers from India will bounce their phone numbers to a UK number making you think it's a legitimate number.

Called the number back, seems to be a cold call centre related to "bank compensation claims" advised my number is unlisted and requested to be removed from their list
They called and closed the call. I have tried the call back 8 times and there is a brief untintelligible message of which only "Sir" can be understood and the answering machine starts... I think must be those useless piece of shit of "Perfect Benefit" but I hope I am wrong...
Whoever this was, they phoned my mobile number, and not recognising this call, I belatedly answered it - no-one on the other end of this call - ANNOYING.
