I stopped using Laithwaits 8 years ago but they continue to call with these offers. trouble is they seem to keep changing their no.
Called saying I had been in an accident and there was an outstanding balance on my account which is a load of rubbish. Nuisance call!

Probable scam - calling repeatedly automated voice suggesting there has been illegal activity on broadband line and account will be cut off - press 1 to speak to an "executive advisor". Never actually mentions name of broadband provider - assume pressing 1 would either trigger premium rate call (in which case straight fraud) or I'd get to speak to a scammer in person.... Sometimes automated message doesn't play and call just disconnects.
