Sounds like a nuisance ad but could be a cost trap. Very annoying goes straight into an ad giving you options to reply. But you don t know what you re really going thro to from their options could be a premium line. How do such calls get thro? why are ofcomn not doing the job we the country pay them for by prosecuting??
My husband answered my phone while I was upstairs but the caller obviously expected a female to answer and got totally flummoxed and tongue tied, huffed & puffed a bit then hung up ???????? numptys will NEVER get me ????

Indian lady with call centre background noise called, she said she was from carphone warehouse. And gave me a iphone 15 max deal with unlimited Internet and calls for £18. I have signed up, she took my credit card and bank details. She said she'll get the phone delivered today...I'm not sure if this was a real or fake because i can't see any such offers today.

Asking about washing machine s. They hung-up when asked if they had checked the Telephone Preference Service List.
SPAM Obvious callcentre call - they listenend to my message about not wanting to buy anything and left a voicemail of them laughing. Oh how I laughed back when I blocked it!
Have to give number when searching for bike insurance quotes. Now phone won t stop ringing. if they did a lower quote, maybe I would be calling them.
