the caller took a long while to respond and when she did she spoke with a very heavy foreign accent. She used the wrong name when she asked to speak to us so I put the phone down.

SPAM Several calls from this number but hangs up if you answer it and hangs up if you return a call to it.

I too have had a call from Mark from DSM and when I questioned him he was evasive - certainly would not wish to deal with him!
Yesterday it was 01606 869167 telling me my internet was being cancelled but today it's 01606 865 980 and when I didn't say anything when picking up, it just disconnected. Both calls showed as International on my caller display but when I tried 1471 it gave me so say UK numbers. Clearly a scam,
