Called to tell me "HMRC were filing a suit against you press 1 to talk to your case worker." Calling and not specifying which ocupant of the premises they want. HAHAHAHA HMRC do not work this way! HMRC can write me if they want to file a law suit against me or they can write my partner if it is her they want! Old scam - after your data to sell onto other criminals who disregard the law. Just hang up. Good reporting them to the ICO. You don t even need to know their name, just their number.
