Called my mobile saying they were AM Legal about a supposed accident I have had, which is news to me as I haven't had one. Scam/unsolicited call. My number is registered with TPS so I have made a complaint to the ICO.

Just some info for you. By law, if you receive any more than four phone calls from the same number, it is harassment and can be reported to the police. I had another number calling me up to six times a day and rang the police to see what can be done. I have just received two phone calls from this number and have not answered. Having read the comments....number now blocked.

Rang me about 5 minutes ago. A male said his name was Martin from my internet provider. I didn t wait to hear more I just hung up. I was advised by no less the Microsoft when I had a call from a scammer claiming to be from them to do just that and likely they will give up trying to call you. Can only live in hopes!!
