I came home to an answering machine message left on 25 July at 16.50 saying HMRC filing a lawsuit against me - for more details press 1. Tried to ring the number back but it came up unobtainable.

Asking if I had a car accident in last 3.5 years. Asked where they had got my number from, very hard to understand but I think the guy said the server/survey department ?! Asked where that department had got my number from, and was very aggressively asked again if I d been in an accident. Refused to speak to them until they clarified where my number had been obtained from, at which point I was sworn at and hung up on. AVOID, DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS.
