Now found out who was calling and it was genuine! I ignored it because of all the other 07903 calls I’ve had. Just shows how damaging the scammers can be.

Fraud- claims to be from "your internet service provider" on a recorded message. Ridiculous.
I didn t listen long enough to know where they are calling from because they addressed me by my maiden name which means they got my phone number from the phone book which I haven t changed. When I told them there was no one here of that name they asked me who they were talking to - I hung up.
They claim they are calling from the Department of Budget Spending Analysis re. claiming money from premium banking overcharges.

Apparently they know all about my computer and they are going to fix it for me, for a price of course :D Surprised they didn t hide their caller ID as it is obviously a nuisance call.

Company claiming to be Loan Mart. It s a British number. But when phoned the dail tone is the international one. Got offered a loan was asked to pay first months up front which I did. Then was asked to pay extra for PPI. Asked for my money back and told them I would report them to the police if it wasn t returned. When I picked up this number, I was informed that they were calling me about my insurance number and that a very serious crime had been committed with it.
