Claimed to be from Mastercard AND VIsa about a £600 transaction on my account from another country.
Called my mobile, driving so didn't answer. No message left. Don't recognise the number, so treating it as suspect.

Phone call from this number. I answered it and said hello a few times. The they hung up without saying a word.
SCAM - do not fall for ‘I’m calling from BT about serious errors on your router’ I don’t have BT so knee it was a scam.

BEWARE - 12.4.16 calling yell.com listings in midlands, calling from Lytham st Annes. Caller words spiel to sound like they are representing local council planning to send infomation packs to people applying for planning permisiion, fairly certain they are trying to sell advertising in these packs but didnt speak to them long enough to find out, could be scammers. either way they are mis representing themseves as local council representitives. also calling TPS registered numbers.
Claiming to be BT Openreach, but command of the english language was pitiful. Think she was trying to say there was a problem with the BT server and that I was having internet issues. Shame she picked the wrong guy as I am not having internet issues!
