I answered, it was an Automated message in what sounded like Chinese or Japanese.
Caller from (far away lands) wanted to speak with the owner of the mobile number though his voice was quite clear , I had quit a bit of background noise on my end end as aske him to repeat what he had asked then he hung up. Now blocked
