fraudulent opened bankaccount got letter.. does not seem to be genuine, use tried and tested bank numbers to get through their fraud department

It is genuinely HSBC. They had called to see why I missed a payment on a loan and gave all the info without asking me too many questions so it is definitely correct.

called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.

I picked up the phone and it was just a guy telling me he was going to bring me a present back as though he had pocket dialled. I would have thought nothing of it but it s not the first time. Another time I had a voicemail from this number heavy breathing down the phone ending the voicemail saying what they don t know won t hurt them
