Commenting on behalf of my mother in law. They called telling her that her washing machine warranty was expiring (a lie)and was duped. When I called to complain they were confrontational and when she called back to cancel they would not put her through the correct department. Unprofessional sharks - avoid.

Trying to sell PPI recovery which everyone should know by now no one, needs a company to do it for you, just write to the bank and ask for it back! if you do know if you had a policy write any way the bank will tell you. He Gave some strange non-existent government depart they are part of.

Sent a photo message.didn t recognise so deleted it. Next got txt msg saying "what is this called" .deleted that also.

Caller rang back in regards to some parts for a dell computer after we rang dell direct - so it seems to be a distributor for dell parts.

This is a really menacing automated call, it is a nasty hoax, ignore and hang up block by dialling 1572 if you are with BT

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Asked to speak to manager, asked what it was for, told under data protection he couldn t tell me. As receptionist, cannot put a call through until I knew what is was for - hung up....

Called twice in 2 days. Asian sounding woman called claiming to be from TSB. I ended call immediately. I checked with TSB who confirmed they have not been calling me. Seems like a phishing scam.
