Caller claimed I had a problem with malware on my PC and he would guide me through the repair of it. He asked me to turn on my computer and when I told him no, he got aggressive, told me my PC would screw up and then hung up.

First thing they said was "We understand you've been in an accident", at this point I hung up.

Called at 8.50 pm ... seriously?? Yes I do owe money on a private loan and was paying it off happily each month but then the balance got transferred to these clowns who think they can squeeze more money from me each month ..it s quite simple...i m paying you all i can manage each month ...you ll have to wait...maybe next time call me in the daytime but not when i;m sorting the kids for bed.... annoyed!

Call a person /persons I m assisting simply don t communicate by phone ignore, block , change number. Check if debt is enforceable if not don t pay it ,arrange repayment by letter if you wish or request they take you to court and then leave it until you hear from the court. They can ask for payment they cannot enforce it just change numbers bin letter . Call from Horizon Travel, apparently responding to a request I'd made to their website (I hadn't). Offering free accommodation for 2 nights, but need to pay for breakfast.
