Rings often and when called back just get a disconnected tone
Variation of Microsoft Scam saying there are viruses on my Computer which are slowing it down. This time they say they are from BT (I suspect they may use other ISP names). After discussing with them they refused to give me an address to legitimise the call and then hung up mid conversation.

Lots of scam calls coming from "0161" numbers at present. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION ...

01244 521272 rang and a male with a foreign accent said hello my name is Michael calling from Technical Solutions Dept I told him I should not be receiving cold calls but he was talking over me so I disconnected the call. When I checked the number showing on my landline screen it flashed between International and 01244 521272 of which one is a code close to me and the number was the same as a company I have had recent dealings with which has a different area code. Very strange probably a scam.

company called Pearl Help Assisstance- about car accident- hung up when asked address- avoid!!

This number called me. Said he was calling from nationwide building society. He said he believed my postcode to be mh 8es. I said no. He hung up.
This is fowlers c*** finance, keep pestering and telling me to come collect my car which I never applied for. Idiots. AVOID!!
