Could Understand Not Their Speaking
SCAM - Recorded message claiming to have noted fraudulent activity associated with my National Insurance number. Instructed to press 1 to speak with an officer. Very worrying language and potential for people to get scammed.

This number is Virgin Media. I received call from this number a day after cancelling and offered better deal which I accepted and the contract came through via email 3 days later and it was also updated on official virgin media site around same time.
Picked up phone and could hear call centre noise going on, (lots of people talking), but had no answer.
