No different than the PPI cold callers. Rang me yesterday and again today, revealedin the course of conversation that he was based in Derby. The conversation also revealed that they have at least seven firms of solicitors to refer cases to and that he expected the solicitors to take about 20% from any successful claim. called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.

SCAM reporting to come from HMRC advising a warrant has been put out for an arrest and to press 1 to go through to who’s dealing with it - never asked for anyone by name just a machine. Highly unlikely HMRC would call they would write if there was a problem.
