These calls mostly originate from Asia. Being Ex-Directory or TPS-registered cannot stop these calls as the scammers block-dial numbers until they get a ringing tone.
SCAM - auto call, leaves part message re payment taken abroad in last 15mins press 'one' to stop - yeah right!
