Claimed to be from microsoft and informed me if I didn t follow his instructions I would be disconnected from the server microsoft windows (I use a Mac and was working offline). I informed him I had several missed calls from his number but apparently my computer was still fine (shocking!). He told me I HAD to listen or I would be "put on the criminal record of the FBI" (this is laughable). At which point I hung up... he immediately rang back, asked why I had hung up and I told him I would do so again - at
